A) Identification data
The website http://www.grapemenswear.com where you formalize your purchase is owned by GRAPE MENSWEAR S.L.U. (hereinafter GRAPE), Ronda Universitat 9 planta 4, 08007 Barcelona, Spain, CIF: B-66896572, contact email: email@example.com.
B) Acceptance and acceptance proof
The purchase of the products must be done through the button of the final acceptance of the purchase process and expresses the total acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions as shown on the GRAPE website prior to the acquisition of the products, without being applicable the novelties that may occur later in the clauses of the General Conditions.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the condition of GRAPE Client that is described in these General Conditions. Any product or service subsequently offered by GRAPE must be subject to a new contract.
GRAPE will send to the Client, once expressly accepted the present General Conditions, justification of the contracting effected, with all its terms, through electronic mail, within the next 24 hours since the purchase.
GRAPE informs that we can file the electronic documents in which the purchases are formalized.
C) Prices, Form of Payment, Delivery and Withdrawal
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of order including VAT (Value Added Tax) in all of them.
The offers will be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the price of the offer. Likewise, the prices available by contracting a BeEpic modality will be shown conveniently with the reduced price and the general price.
GRAPE reserves the right to make on the web, at any time and without previous notice, the modifications that it deems appropriate, being able to update products and services.
2. Method of payment
Purchases can be paid by any of the means indicated on the website. Specifically via Paypal, credit or debit card.
3 Shipping and delivery costs
The delivery of the orders takes place within a period of:
- 1 to 3 working days in peninsular Spain
- 3 to 6 working days in European Community
- 6 to 15 working days in other destinations.
It is recommended to inform an address where someone can receive the package personally during working hours.
GRAPE is not responsible for customs costs. In shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must take care of the import DUAS.
For any doubt about the shipment or to communicate any incidences, you can contact us at any time to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The shipping costs are free for peninsular shipments in Spanish territory in purchases over 89 €. For purchases of a lower amount and with peninsular destiny in Spanish territory will be added 6 € in terms of shipping costs. And for non-peninsular shipments will be applied the postages according to the place of destination. In case the Customer made a mistake in sending the data he could modify it by writing to email@example.com. If the modified data refers to the postal address where the Customer has requested the purchased product to be delivered, in case the product has not been shipped yet, this shipment will be made to the new address indicated. Otherwise, the Customer must wait for the delivery and then initiate the appropriate return procedures.
Our goal is you to be completely satisfied and buy back at www.grapemenswear.com Therefore, the return costs are free.
Request the return by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. within a period of no more than 7 working days following the date of receipt of the product, indicating the following information:
- The reason for the return. Is it a refund or a change of size?
- The collection address.
- A time window of 4 hours in which someone will be in the destination address to deliver the garment.
- A contact telephone for the carrier.
Products must be returned:
- In its original condition, together with any accessories or accessories related thereto, which can not be used, washed or damaged.
- And with their original tags.
- And with its original packaging.
Otherwise, the return may be denied. GRAPE will coordinate the collection of the garment in the address specified by the customer. Only GRAPE-managed returns will be accepted.
For size changes, you must deliver your garment to the messenger when the correct size is delivered.
In case you want a refund and not a change of size, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made the payment.
No refunds will be accepted.
If you are from Barcelona, you can come to our office in Ronda Universitat 9 floor 4 by appointment and make the change there. To do so, send us an email at email@example.com. indicating the time and day you want to come and you will receive our confirmation. We will not accept any requests for which you have not previously requested an appointment.

D) GRAPE Responsibilities
GRAPE guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the web page.
All rights that the laws in force guarantee to consumers and users are guaranteed.
Failure to comply with any of these General Conditions may lead to the return of products or cancellation of Services purchased by the Customer.
E) Customer Responsibilities
The Client is obliged to make a lawful use of the Services, without contravening the current legislation, nor damage the rights and interests of third parties.
The Client guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided when completing the contracting forms, avoiding the causation of damages to GRAPE due to the incorrectness of this data.
Failure to comply with any of these Conditions may result in withdrawal or cancellation of the Services by GRAPE without prior notice to the Client and without any right to compensation.
